Description

Minimum 10 oz of mouthwatering braised and pulled oxtail meat only; fully cooked, deboned, vacuum sealed and frozen. Ready to use!

Reheat instructions included.

How to Prepare The Original Pulled Oxtail Meat?
1- Thaw out vacuum sealed bag under running water or in refrigerator to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
2-Fill Pot with 4 qts of water
3- Heat water to a boil and then bring back down to a simmer (about 155 degrees Fahrenheit)
4- Place vacuum sealed bag of The Original Pulled oxtail meat into pot
5- Let vacuum sealed bag with meat simmer in pot for 20 mins.
6- Occasionally check water levels and temperature of pot.
7- Remove vacuum sealed bag from pot with tongs and open the bag.

I’ve loved this place since they first opened. The oxtail sandwich and broccolini never disappoints! I’ve also had the veggie wrap and though I’m not vegan, I still really enjoyed it.
