How to Enjoy The Original Pulled Oxtail Meat?

1- Thaw out vacuum sealed bag under running water or in refrigerator to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
2-Fill Pot with 4 qts of water
3- Heat water to a boil and then bring back down to a simmer (about 155 degrees Fahrenheit)
4- Place vacuum sealed bag of The Original Pulled oxtail meat into pot
5- Let vacuum sealed bag with meat simmer in pot for 20 mins.
6- Occasionally check water levels and temperature of pot.
7- Remove vacuum sealed bag from pot with tongs and open the bag.

1. Your order is carefully packed with a thick 1.5" insulation and dry ice. Most orders are delivered in 1 day transit, however, we package them to last up to 72 hours in most conditions*.
2. We ship Monday-Wednesday for estimated next day delivery. 12pm cut-off for same day shipping.
3. $90 minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.
*Items may partially thaw in shipment but should arrive cold—below 40°F as measured with a food thermometer—if not solid frozen. As per the USDA Freezing and Food Safety Guidelines — meats that are refrigerator cold, partly frozen (solid), or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use.
